THE ASK
Create an event to help kickstart the launch of a corporate identity and work culture for the leaders of United Drug and Lloyds Pharmacy, which were to form part of McKesson Ireland.
THE RESPONSE
Welcome to McKesson -
People Leaders Conference:
an immersive day for 250 managers in exhibition space with keynote addresses, engaging workshops and training sessions.
The scope included producing impactful audio-visual content which was screened throughout the day. We also created branded delegate packs and goodie bags sourced from suppliers to the business.
THE RESULT
The event was designed not to be just another corporate event in a hotel ballroom, but to be a seamless guest experience and conducive to a highly impactful day, bringing McKesson’s new brand identity and culture to life.
We are currently working on a second phase which involves embedding the new McKesson values and behaviours across the wider organisation - in the form of a roadshow, travelling to their pharmacies nationwide.
